Our Process

DMJD strives to streamline the process for all new projects. Especially due to the pandemic, there is a priority on safety measures during the planning process. This page outlines the current process a potential client will experience when working with DMJD. Please note that things may change based on project and client needs.

STEP ONE: Schedule Free Consultation

Book your free consultation via our website form here. This form will help the DMJD team to find a time/day to meet with potential clients as well as a little information regarding the project needs.

STEP TWO: Site Visit

DMJD will plan a site visit to review the scope of work, take initial measurements, discuss project, and get a better understanding of the clients budget.

STEP THREE: Estimates

DMJD will provide a verbal quote initially based on the site visit. Once the client approves OR revises the quote (depending on finishes). A written estimate will then be emailed as well as a contract. The contract must be signed prior to work being started. We will then schedule the work.

STEP FOUR: Deposit + Begin Work

Once contract and schedule is signed and approved. There will need to be a deposit paid and the work will begin.
